Digital Signage
Why Digital Signage?
There is a vast number of ways in which educational institutions are benefiting from Digital Signage everyday.
- Communication Clear and effective communication is vital in any organisation. Cluttered notice boards, posters, letters or announcements by each teacher are costly, inefficient and do not grasp the attention they require. Whether it's timetables, events, news or even emergency alerts, Digital Signage gets the message across.

- Emergencies More and more Digital Signage is becoming a key factor in an organisation's emergency response procedure, proven particularly in the USA, for crisis management, health and safety in the event of fire, intrusion or weather alerts, especially in schools where there are students with hearing difficulties or sparse campuses.
- Accessibility For anyone with English as a second language or with a hearing difficulty, Digital Signage can be a vital tool.
- Recruitment To attract the best staff and students, you need to invest in a positive first impression and a strong technology infrastructure.
- Revenue To attract sponsors and advertisers with the offer of promotion of their product across the walls of your campuses.
- News Equip your students with skills for the future by fueling their interest in global news and stock markets.
How Digital Signage Works
You do not need a dedicated PC for each display. Media files (photo, audio, movie, etc.) and office files (Power Point, Excel, Word, HTML, PDF, etc.) are transmitted from a server to screens connected to a LAN with content scheduled to appear at pre-defined times. This technology delivers considerable costs savings and improves the delivery of information.
You can schedule your solution to show different messages at different times and/or a live stream of information. Screens in different locations can display different messages targeted for their location, e.g.: Canteen - half of the screen for lunch menu, half for global news updates or your message.
